DroneSpect, a leading drone service provider, teamed up with JC Engineers to conduct comprehensive dilapidation inspections across three Stockland retirement villages in Queensland and New South Wales. These inspections focused on capturing high-quality static images of the hard-to-reach exterior areas of buildings above the second floor, presenting unique challenges in terms of accessibility.
Opting for drone technology over traditional methods like roof rappelling, DroneSpect successfully completed the inspections of all three retirement villages within just three days. This innovative approach not only streamlined the process, reducing both time and costs significantly, but also substantially increased safety by eliminating the risks associated with direct roof access.
